I felt like I needed to take a moment to acknowledge the effort and knowledge that we are receiving from Nathan. I have been responsible for our facility for over 12 years and in this time, I have dealt with many reps from various industries. I have had some very disappointing interactions, and I’ve had some great ones, but I don’t think I have ever been as impressed by anyone’s efforts as much as I have been with Nathans.
I really can’t say enough good about him. His appearance and demeaner is very professional. His communication is next level in that he will update me personally if he sees me and still send a thorough written follow up after each visit. He also responds very quickly to any questions I have had. He really seems to understand his trade (which is alarmingly uncommon these days) and I am seeing results in our boilers that I didn’t know were possible.
